By accessing or using Social Agent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Social Agent is an AI-powered social media management platform that helps you generate, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook. The Service includes AI content generation, image generation, post scheduling, and performance analytics.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including media, captions, and brand guidelines. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate captions and images. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is published to your social media accounts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for content published through your connected accounts.
When you connect social media accounts, you authorize Social Agent to publish content and retrieve insights on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account. You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Paid features are available through subscription plans processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may not use the Service to:
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or failed post publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application.
